- Trabajo realizado: Escisión de la rama patrimonial como paso previo y venta de la rama de actividad de distribución a una sociedad cotizada extranjera, con arrendamiento al comprador de los principales elementos patrimoniales escindidos. Intervención del área mercantil y societaria.
